1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team. Please include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
